Detailed process for the finest product
We use a synthethic material called Easy Banner/Poster that has a silky woven texture. Any shape with an edge can be made-to-order, with a minimum depth of 20mm. Each graphic is directly printed to a dimpled material, emulating the texture of a canvas sheet. Once the frame is complete and the graphic is wrapped, a styrene backing is applied with keyhole cuts for easy hanging.
