Retractable Banners: The smart choice for rising above the competition.

Exhibiting at a trade show is a great way to give your business more exposure and to connect with customers. But competing with a dozen other businesses can be a challenge. Capture the attention of your customers by putting up retractable banners in your booth.

A smart way to advertise your business, portable retractable banners allow you to relay your message in a clear and visually appealing way. These banners are fully customizable in terms of design, allowing you to put your call to action front and center.

No Fuss, Easy Setup

Our retractable banners are made to take up minimal floor space at 33.5" x 85" and provide ample space for your ad. All of our banners are professionally printed in full color, so your artwork and message will stand out. Retractable banners aka Roll-up banner stands require very little assembly. Just lock the poles in place before attaching the banner.

  • Brilliant full-color graphic included (1-sided)
  • Easy to set-up and take-down
  • Adjustable feet for uneven floors
  • Includes a deluxe padded case
  • Easy-to-change graphics (additional interchangeable graphics cartridge)
  • Optional halogen light available
  • "Click" feature: Angie is an open cassette system and by pushing the buttons on the side-caps, the graphic or even the entire roller can be replaced.
  • Wide base for stability: This banner stand has an extra wide base design and adjustable feet that allow it to stand up straight and tall even on uneven surfaces.

Make an impact with a simple but attention-grabbing design.

Here are some design guidelines to follow:

  • Don’t cram it all in.
Banners need to be readable even from a distance. Choose only the important information that your customers need to know.
  • Choose the right material.
Where you will put your banner determines the kind of material that you should get. Is it for an indoor event, or is it for outdoor use?
  • Include a call to action.
A well-designed banner is great, but it must specify the action that you want your customers to take.

Yes. When you upload your file, you have the option to have the banner print righted away or get the free PDF proof for approval prior to production.

What is the standard size for Roll-up banners?

We have a few available options for sizes: 39.3" x 85", 33.5" x 85", 23.6" x 72", 24" x 62", 32" x 72". Can't find your banner size here, click the blue Message button to chat with us and get a custom order right away.

Can I print on both sides of the banner?

Unfortunately no, it's not an available option for this product.

What is the best way to design my retractable banner?

Keep these tips in mind as you create your retractable banner design:
Choose a top-to-bottom or left-to-right orientation. Your design should be created in a way that guides the customer’s gaze through the visuals and text. Taller retractable banner stands work better with a top-to-bottom layout, while a wider pop-up banner stand is read better from left to right.
Always use high-quality images. These banners are large and should be able to draw people’s attention from a distance. The images you include on your banner should not look pixelated, whether someone is looking at them up close or from across the room. The resolution of all of your visual elements should be at least 300 dpi.
Be colorful, but use caution. A black-and-white banner is boring and won’t draw people’s interest. Use colors that catch the eye but also work well together. Stick to a color palette that fits with your branding.

Is a replacement banner included?
No, but you’re not likely to need one: The banner material and the stand it’s mounted to should last for years with proper care.
